WOD Guidance:
Today our adventure is very midline focused, and will challenge us to not only hold an advanced static midline position, but run at a fast pace afterwards with fatigued hip flexors. Aim to keep L-sit holds in :15-:20 chunks each round, and push the pace on the runs as best you can, aiming for sub 2:30 each round.
