Monopoly – 23:18, only did 3 rounds. Today was an absolute struggle bus for some reason. After round 1 I knew I was in trouble. At least I got 3 rounds in.

Did Sundae Fundae workout today
18:20 with 2x 35# Farmer carry and 75# barbell for DL
1 mile run this morning with the pups (.5mile with one dog, .5 with the other)
Sunday Fundae – 16:16 at home with double 35# kb/db. Needed to give hip flexors a little rest after Sunday’s 5-mi run, rather than 15o thrusters in “Monopoly.”
QOTD – Becomes a sport when you have to practice and physically exert yourself.
