20 Toes to Bar
10 Overhead Squats @ 95/65
Today our workout is a classic CrossFit triplet that has a heavy demand on our midlines. Our 400m runs should be done in 2:15 or less each round, and we’re looking to hang on for larger sets of toes to bar today. Ideally these are done in 2-3 sets but as the workout progresses, 4 sets may be necessary to keep moving. Our OHS loading today should be light and allow for an unbroken set of 10 each round.
