20:15 Rx QOD:burpees! 😀
20:10 single unders, 35#.
Qod: packing up for a move!
WOD: 19 something! I added some jumps on the jump rope on the tail end (did 80 instead of 60 once Coach James helped me figure out what I was doing wrong) and switched to a higher KB the last few rounds!
QOD: grocery shopping! My favorite chore
Dork – 20:43 Rx reps w/ single unders and 62# KB
It was terrible… music stopped playing in round 2 and I didn’t want to stop to try and figure out why so rounds 3-6 were done in silence.
QOD: Cleaning/organizing things
Dork – 23:42, singles, and 44#. It was terrible in the sun at 9:30, absolutely brutal.
QOTD – running
Dork: 19:37 (single unders and 27# kb)
Dork: 21ish with single unders and 45# KB. My computer died in round 5, so not exactly sure on the time.
That was awful. 22:04 with singles and 25#db. I am still in the fetal position. Moved from the driveway to the couch.
Dork with the ladies @ 8:30am – 23:28 – with Bike in place of jumping rope and 26# KB
24:50 something. I know I’ve done Dork before but for some reason, I couldn’t remember it. Single unders, step up/step down burpees. The last round of burpees were full burpees and tough!
