30 Squat Cleans @ 95/65
Today we have the Hero workout “Badger”. This workout is high volume squat cleans and pull ups, and some longer runs in there as well. This will be a longer grind and expect some significant arm/leg fatigue as we move through rounds 2 and 3. Today, squat clean loading should be relatively light, and allow for repeated sets of 5-10 reps. For the pull ups today, athletes should have 20+ unbroken when fresh to have a go at this as written. For the rest of us, we should choose a number/modification that will allow 5 sets or better on our pull up option on each round.
