WOD Guidance:
Today we’re getting after another classic CrossFit benchmark workout – Elizabeth. This workout features some moderate load cleans and ring dips. This one should be fast and furious – choose a loading that would allow each round to be done in 1-3 sets, and same for the dip option. We should feel like we can push the pace here.
