Did a 45 min “Reset” peloton ride tonight. Thought it was just going to be a relaxing, recovery ride. I was wrong, total butt kicker! Sweat fest #3 today. (Had a golf lesson at 10am….).

We weren’t ready for more running after Saturday so we did a Dave Dee special
Amrap 12- 10 jumping lunge/squats (Jump lunges both sides and then jump squat=1 rep) 10 alternating single leg V ups (l&r=1 rep) 10 hand release push ups. I got 4+25.
