Charged Up – 8:49 @ 65# and 800m bike, 9:30 class with Casey coaching and James taking class! Hadn’t been on a C2 bike since March. Probably could’ve gone up to 75#, but good weight to start getting back on the barbell.
QOTD – That elusive double-under. Never had good foot/eye coordination.

I kicked the day off with a 45 minute ride on the Peloton. Wasn’t feeling it today with thrusters and running, so I opted to do FriYay’s WOD, Can’t take a joke. Tripled all the singles and did the regular ab-mat sit ups. 9:09. Finished off with six strict pull-ups on the rig. It’s going to get spicy!
