WOD Guidance:
Today we’re getting after the Hero workout Glen. Choose loading that would allow for sets of 5 touch and go clean and jerks, but singles is likely the best strategy to account for the run after. The rope climbs can be adjusted to any height or subbed for an upper body pull. For the burpees, dig in and fight through and remember why we do these workouts.
