WOD Guidance:
Today’s workout is a hard cardio interval day where partners will be expected to complete a lengthy round before rotating out and having their teammate do the same. While this workout is definitely challenging, it’s also easily scalable. Our goal is to have each round take both partners no more than about 6 minutes. This budgets about two minutes each for the row, burpees, and run. Expect your coach to go through a series of tests with you to make sure these distances and numbers are appropriate. One great scale might be to reduce everything by 25%, leaving us with a 300m row, 15 burpees, and a 300m run. Still insanely challenging, but this reduction in numbers can allow us to keep much better time with our partner and the rest of the class.
