6 barbell HPC 95# for first two rounds, 75# for remaining rounds. Got between 3 and 4 each round.
Followed by Tabata.

Rd 1= 4+12, Rd 2 = doorbell rang/unavailable for this round, Rd 3=5+3, Rd 4=5 even, Rd 5 = 5+10 reps

Super Smash Bros barbell version @ 95#. Rx reps.

Back and shoulders are super tight so I did Core & Cardio with Hiren (and Athena the dog!) outside in the beautiful sunshine. I think we both did 6+ rounds. Amrap 15 of 200m row, 15 tuck crunches, I did Plank shoulder taps until he was off the rower (30ish seconds).
5 rounds each set – last set 5 +2 with 40 DB. As soon as I can find a BB I’m buying it! It was still a lot of fun with the DB though.
TABATA – took it easy 9 kB/ 6 burpees
4 rds + 6 in the first set, 5 rounds on each of the other sets. 35# DB. Did RX push-ups first 2 sets, and then knees.
Super Smash Bros: Used a 30#db for the cleans today. Push-ups on my new box. Air Squats.
5, 5 +6, 5 +6, 5 +9 and 5 +8. Did the tabata post WOD, but did get in a 2.5 mile walk too!!! That was a good one!

Did some yard clean up and went on a 1.5 mile walk with the dogs
Moved pretty consistently with a #20 db today. 6 rounds for the first two amraps and 5 rounds for the last three!
Did something a bit different today- did a deck of cards workout over FaceTime with a friend!
Then got out and walked a few miles!
Wod: 20#db, rx push ups and air squats. 5 rds + each; ending with 5+6. Rough tabata after 😉
