Broke up the push ups into very small chunks, 4/3/3 for every set of 10 through 60. 61-70 managed 3/2/2/3, and then 2 from 71-100. Steady on the sit ups.

Fire attack: 23:24 elevated push-ups (spiciest part of the whole WOD!)! Started the day with this gem, finished up with a 3 mile walk to end the day!
24:20 – Rx all but for PU – 70 from knees
26:47 rx – pushups killed me! Glad to get it done!!!
I did the recorded class which was great as usual. I did all the numbers and took me a bit longer than the class. It was great!!!!
Rewinding to Monday… on Wednesday. Scaled the reps!! Push ups smoked me! But kept moving!
