WOD Guidance:
Today we’re kicking off the week with a fun partner workout! Just you, a buddy, and two heavy kettlebells. For today, you’re going to split the goblet squats however you’d like, and you’ll do the farmers carry together. For the carry, one partner will be carrying the KBs and one partner will be walking wth them. You can swap who’s carrying whenever you’d like, but both partners must go together.
