Today we have a great workout that features some simple movements and will be about how hard you want to work. The box step ups will have you carry your one KB, and your KB load should be something that you can complete at least the first few rounds unbroken. A nice steady pace on this one will be key today, especially on the step ups. Find a rhythm and keep chipping away!
