We will be repeating CrossFit Open workout 12.3…
This workout is a well rounded test of power,
strength, and skill…
Our goal today is to choose choose a weight we can
complete unbroken set’s of push press. And a toes to bar
option that allows us to complete the nine reps in 1-2 sets!
