WOD Guidance:
Today we’ve got quite the start to the week! Rowing and wall balls – what’s not to like?? The rows should be nice and smooth, and increase in pace as the distance decreases. Similarly the wall balls should require less sets as the reps go down – think 3/2/1 sets respectively. Choose a load that is manageable and you can keep large sets with, and let’s get after this one!
