Today we have a really cool workout featuring a variety of static holds to work our static strength. Think of this similarly to a heavy day, just for isometric movements. Isometrics not only strengthen your muscles, but they strengthen your tendons/ligaments as well which helps keep joints healthy and strong! Don’t underestimate the challenge here, it may not look like much but we’re accumulating a good amount of time under tension with this one!
