Today we have a fun gymnatics challenge that will work our overhead and midline stability, while also getting us out of breath. Our machine work should be at a sustainable pace, and our two holds are meant to be accumulated – meaning once you stop working, you stop accumulating time. Break the holds up smart and push the pace on the machines to get the most out of this one.
