A little mix of cardio, weightlifting, and bodyweight movements meant to be perform at a higher intensity for about 15:00 or less!
The calories should take no longer than 1:30 to complete,
the barbell weight is light where you should be cycling for multiple reps at a time,
and the burpees are the icing on the cake where the number is small enough that you can stay moving at a faster pace
