Snow Ghost – 21:04 Rx reps, banded pull up, 1600m bike.
Snow ghost: 18:30, 55# rows, rowing, push-ups from knees.
Qod: BE a dragon!
Snow Ghost – 13:29. Cut the reps on the pull-ups to 25 (banded green), 1600 m bike, 50 for push-ups and burpees. Steady on the first 40 burpees (jump/step), and sprinted the last 10 (jump/pop up).
QOD – Be a dragon
