THANKSGIVING SCHEDULE-
Thanksgiving Day (11/26)- 7:00, 7:30, 8:00 and 8:30 Heats for Severin (50 Strict Pull Ups, 100 Hand Release Push Ups, 5K Run)
Friday 11/27- Open Gym 9-12
Mantis: 19ish. 50# rows and thrusters. Push-ups from knees, 35# kB swings instead of box jumps. Moving slowly today but got through it. Qod: 5pm. So there’s time to rest, digest and make room for dessert!

Mantis – 15:57 Rx reps except pull-ups. Did 5 strict and 10 kip swings. 75# bb, and 24” box. That was a doozy!
QOD – 3ish. End of the first (Detroit Lions) NFL game, and before the second (Cowboys). You’re so stuffed that dessert ends up being a late dinner!
Mantis-20:12 – banded pull ups, step ups, push ups on the box, 12 thrusters
QOD: around 1ish…then I’m ready for turkey sandwiches for dinner. And grazing desserts all day!
