WOD Guidance:
Today we have a fun gut check to start the week. Runs should be quick but consistent, and aiming to be 2:15 or less each round. Burpee box jumps should also be relatively smooth. A step up burpee may be the best option today as your second step up can lead you on to the box with some momentum. Keep moving on this on and be prepared for this to be all breathing.
