WOD Guidance:
Today we have a brutal start to the week with some heavy squat cleans and high box jumps. Very leg heavy today, so be aware of that as we’re transitioning between movements. Make sure we shake those legs out and over commit to that first tall box jump. This will be a bit of a grind, but a great way to attack some strength at a high heart rate.
