Qod: Reese’s (because I don’t like them 😲)

War: I didn’t get a chance to do Sat’s workout & with the rain and some projects in the garage I didn’t have room for thrusters (convenient right?) so I did 3 rounds of 1,000 m ski & 15 sandbag cleans @ 150#.
QOD: usually m&m’s.
Just did some easy lifting and rowing today.

War – 320 reps, 3+9 for first 4 rounds, 3+14 for the last round. 55# db for my injured left had (weekend drilling incident) and tuck crunches.

War. Just needed to move today. 3 rounds the first round, then I fell off a little each round…
QOD: I just like to leave a bowl outside of stuff I would want in my basket. KitKat, snickers, 3 musketeers, twix.
