On the first piece use the burpee box jump as your pacer knowing that you’ll be able to move through the KBS and the goblet squats in bigger sets.
Moving onto the second piece, getting in a 5×5 in 10 min is tall order which means we are looking for a lighter weight and a focus on form and depth.
