7:00am class. Row and single unders. 19:44. I am loving having the rower here! The rower rounds were all within 2:00 to 2:03 for 1000m which was pretty good but I have more work to do there. 3rd round left me too winded.
QOD: Salt and Vinegar chips are a pox on the face of potato chips and need to be wiped off the face of the earth with prejudice.

Finished 2 rounds but my calf cramped up during DU’s. Skipped 3rd round and finished 2nd w 75 DU / 25 SU. Calf/Achilles stretching with lax ball & KB,

Did a different WOD today bc I didn’t want to run outside and don’t have a bike or row! Squats, sit ups, Lunges, KB swings and bear walks with burpees between each movement.
It absolutely kicked my butt.
QOD: Salt and Vinegar chips are absolutely beautiful. Put some in a sandwich, dip them in soup, or just pour the entire bag over my head. I’ll be happy either way.

Needed a good Monday ass-kicker, so I did the Sunday 30 min EMOM. I miss the Monday EMOMs at Tilt. Anyway, did 5 5 double db/kb row, 10 push ups, 12 sit ups/14 goblet squats/12 alt db snatches @ 35#. Last round bumped sit ups and snatches to 14,

Couldn’t motivate with the cold and rain today. But I did do the kb challenge and I timed it. Used a 35# kb, 1:18 unbroken.

Did Katmai from Friday. 8:40 with a 35# DB. Steph beat me. Again.
Not feeling a cold rainy run (or really doing anything today…) BUT tackled Friday’s WOD Katmai instead: 7:25 w/ 20#db. Also did Friday’s tabata and the kettlebell challenge w/ 26# kB. Definitely felt better after!!!
7am class. 18:30 rowing 800m and single unders. Rows were around 3:30. So grateful to have my rower handy! New jump rope today worked well! Plus tabata
Had to get creative today.. with low ceilings inside and no rower or bike erg. Moved my bones and got sweaty though! Had a great workout and incorporated the tabata!
Also salt and vinnys are my #1 chip option. LOVE EM.
I did Sunday’s with it today because I was too much of a baby to run outside in the rain!
Then I did the tabata and did my first live class with the mobility!
QOD: LOVE them! My husband hates them so they’re my go to snack 🙂
