WOD Modifications
Decrease Reps to 30
Deadlifts- 1 DB or Odd Object between the feet, Decrease range of motion (to mid-shin or knee), Good Mornings
Sit Ups- Anchor feet, Leg raises, Accumulate :90 sec Hollow Hold
Step Ups- Step to some stairs or try lunges
Thruster- 1 Arm DB Front Squat, 1 Arm DB Push Press, Air Thruster
