Took the 9am class, but not sure of my time on this one as I accidentally thought it was an Amrap 20, so I continued on through deadlifts again, but was luckily flagged by Casey thereafter (Thank you!) Happy Monday for me! Totally zoned out. 20# dumbbells on dls and thrusters. Tabata following.

“Redwood” – 8:53 with 20# db for both deadlifts and thrusters. Used the giant tire for step ups. Followed up with the tabata. Followed the tabata with some lifting. (I’m feeling weak!)
Max bench, upright rows, strict press, bent over rows, tricep press, bicep curls with an empty barbell. Rest a minute between movements, two -3 minutes at the end and then repeat. Complete fatigue.

8:14 w/ #25 DB DL #20 DB thruster. Followed by today’s tabata! Was feeling really off today, but glad I finally decided to move my body at 6pm. 🤦🏻♀️
Redwood: 7:53 Rx (did DL with one 35# KB on one side and one 35# DB on the other since I only have one DB at that weight).

Legs were tired today from all the air squats from Cindy on Sun. 4 PM Mobility w/ Sean, Sun tabata (L & R Side Planks), followed by a recovery pace 5K run in honor of Boston Marathon Monday.

Took the 5pm with Sarah. 8;42 with a 22.5# dumbbell For thrusters and a 105# barbell for DL’s. Tabata to follow and then did a 1 minute handstand hold.
