6:56 single unders RX reps + tabata. My rope is toast. Gets completely tangled after 10 reps. Suggestions on a new one?

5:01 Single unders rx reps and tabata following. First time back on a rope in a long time. Little jumps to save the back both on singles unders and jump squats for tabata. Great workout post Easter celebration, although wayyyy too much sloshing around in me tummy. Blah!

Took the 4pm zoom mobility today. Too hard for me to work out in garage with today’s weather. 🙁 Not enough room for jump rope. Will have to double up tomorrow!

Did yesterday’s WOD due to limited space. Got 12+11. Going to tackle this WOD tomorrow when it’s nice out. Also did today’s Tabata.

Took a nice long weekend off! Did WOD in under 8. Was a bit slow. Did Tabata time right before. Going to maybe do a recorded cardio from today and then maybe a mobility. Would like to make a live class. Might have to be 7am
