7+15 at 20# (only dumbbell I have and I love her!). Also ran 1.3 miles and did tabata challenge before wod. Grateful for the gorgeous weather and wanted to make the most of it.

WOD: 7 + 2 at 25#. I could’ve done 35# but 25# was the heaviest DB I had. Tough WOD but a fun quick one. Completed this WOD with the pre-recorded Zoom class.

Today I took the 9AM and just cruised along! Step ups for squats, 10# hang snatches, and floor presses for push ups! LOVED the energy today. SO exited for the next three weeks of competition.

Did a 5 mile+ walk with Ed today….. that was a mistake to do BEFORE doing the WOD. My legs were smoked! I planned on using the 30+DB but had to scale to the 20#. Got 7 rounds + 34. (I did rack up 9,076 meters though!!!) Nice to see some new faces in here today! Jackie, John!!! Miss you guys!

Did the 7:00am class, not sure of my rounds, lost count. Used 20# for right are, 15# for left and push ups off a chair. Walked 3 miles this afternoon.

Unsure of rounds? 6+? I know I beat Vinny though 😉 15#, elevated pushups. We polished it off with a little 1mile cool down walk.
