Tiger- 60# KB swings, 30 DU- 3 rounds + 18 swings. Even with all the programming I just can’t do burpees fast…

Tiger – 53# KBS, 40 SU, burpees for the first round and then up-downs.
4+7 rounds. My burpees also suck. It must have to do with all the ‘fluffiness’ gained during quarantine!

Tiger. This one was cold and rainy… but still sucked it up. Used a 30# db for the kb swings. Did 80 singles instead of the dubs. Completed 4 rounds.
QOD: I’ll come up with a few at some point…. there are many song lyrics that I’ve been singing wrong for years if that counts!
Tiger – 35# KB, and double tap drill, RX reps

The double tap drill kept my HR pumping, rather than doing singles. Felt like I got my “rest” during swings and burpees. 🤷🏽♂️
QOTD – The phrase, “I couldn’t care less” vs. “I could care less.” Embarrassed to say I used the incorrect phrase until I was about 35. 🤦🏽♂️
Morning Kids Wod – Amrap 5 – 1 broad jump, 5 push press, 10 jumping jacks.

Tiger – 5pm zoom – 45# kb, du’s, burpees – 3 + 70. Shoulders were smoked after kb and burpees and made DU very difficult.
QOD – despite my mother and mother in law both being teachers I have realized they have an incredibly difficult but rewarding job on a daily basis!
Great job hosting the 5:00 Casey & Mick. I got through 4+67. One of the bright spots of the quarantine is that Steph & I have been able to workout together. Today I won the battle by 3 reps.

QOD: About a year ago I learned it was “Nip it in the bud.” Not “nip it in the butt.” Haha!

No idea my numbers but I found a way to do quiet burpees in my second floor apartment, so victory there 🙂
QOD: I just realized maybe last year that the song I saw Mommy kissing Santa Claus is not about mom cheating on Dad with Santa but Dad dressing up as Santa. I always thought it was pretty scandalous!
