Survived! 12 cal bike, 12 DB snatches @ 40#, 8 burpees.
The most common thought during these are ‘What round are we in??’.
12 cal bike, 16 dB snatches @ 25# (yay), 6 to 8 burpees.
And…peanut butter. Works every time
First 3 rounds, bike and rx and fell off a cliff in minute 9.
For the rest of the way went 10/12/12. Got away from me real fast.
Hiccups: no cure.
Rounds 1-6: 12 reps/cal row, 40#
Rounds 7-10: 10 reps/cal row, 40#
QOD: I think laughter cures hiccups, legitimate laughing. Laughter cures many things…
Was consistent each round which I was hoping for.

Did this in Waltham! 10 cal bike, 16 snatches at 20# (working on re-building overhead strength!), 12 burpees. Consistent every round, along with regularly questioning my choice to do such crazy wods! 😉

10 cal row, 17.5 DBS, 9 The last two rounds were killer, but made it through and kept pace. Digging these longer Monday WODs.
QOD hold my breath and swallow, works every time.
12-15ish cal bike and held on to DBs and burpees. QOD – hold breath. Great 4:30 class!
