Minute 2 – 12 Toes to Bar
Minute 3 – 15/12 Calorie Row
WOD Guidance-
Work on each minute should not take longer than 40 seconds.
Light weight you can cycle on the barbell.
2-3 sets on the toes to bar.
Steady pace on the row.

This should have been called ‘Bait and Switch’. After last weeks WODs as bait, this amped up WOD was quite the switch!
75# barbell weight – first round at 12/9/6 but quickly scaled down to 9/6/3 and used 15# DB for a strict press instead of push jerks.
A hot dog is not a sandwich. It does not sit in bread that is split all the way through.

I agree with Rick, a hot dog is not a sandwich. A sandwich needs 2 pieces of bread. Break the bun and you have an argument.

A hotdog is not a sandwich. It’s more of a sub but you don’t hold it like a sub when eating one.
It was awesome seeing everyone and catching up! There is nothing better than throwing down in class and pushing one another through a difficult workout! The power of community goes a long way!

5 rounds RX/ 5 rounds 9-6-3 on barbell and 2rounds with 9 ttb. Very challenging. But with challenge comes change and growth!

9/6/3 @ 85#, 12 K2C, 13 cal row. Was able to maintain for all 10 rds, maybe could’ve gone up to 90/95 @ 9/6/3?

That was a humbling WOD. I’m glad I scaled the weight at 55# and that was just as challenging. Had to switch from jerks to push press a few rounds in. Started with toes to eye level and then switched to strict knees to 90. 10-12 cals on the row
