Uno: 8+2 (35# bb and box step-ups)
Strength: 6×10 25# double db bench press and single db upright rows
QOD: Basketball
WOD: 6+6 with 55# BB 20” box
50/50 sit ups/squats reps of remembrance
Tabata handstand holds off of the rig
Uno: 7 + 14 with 55# and box step-ups 20″. Followed up with today’s tabata and then my 100 reps! Kicked my morning off with a 30 min ride on the Peloton, so my legs were fried for this tonight!
QOD: Swimming or gymnastics
Uno – 8 @ 65# and 24”. Snatches unbroken, so probably should’ve done 75#.
QOTD – My answer during the 4:30 class was mixed doubles tennis.
