Time Flies – 15:30 Rx @ 75#. The snatch work from the last few weeks is really paying off. Focused on hitting position 3 every time. After the WOD, did some 85# singles with ease.
QOTD – Dance
Time Flies- 24ish RX w/115#. This was a fun one, slow down was pushups for me.
QOD: Dance. Added bonus I would actually be able to dance then!
Time Flies: 15:34 @ 55# (situps, knee push ups, snatch)
Strength: 6×4 bench press @ 85#
QOD: Dance. Extra fitness 😜
Time Flies – 16:11 Rx @ 95#. I enjoyed this one, definitely one to keep on rotation.
Bench before: 6×4 @ 135#

Time Flies – 21:19 rx with 155#. goal was to not fail any. worked up to a 185# power clean after which i think is a 5# pr!

Time Flies: 17:57 with 65# snatch, sit-ups and managed to do the hand release push-ups through the entire WOD! It was hot, but great to have some friends here to motivate!

Rest day (aka cleaned out j’s room and part of the garage) though I really wanted to do this wod. Add it to the list!
