Fleming drill + hang snatch – 3 sets: 3+3
Snatch deadlift + squat snatch – build to a heavy 1+2. Made it up to 125# (last 1RM was 130#).
Huge coffee drinker here. I could do cold all year round!

HOT!!!! Never cold.
Lost track, but got in 20-23 reps each round. Definitely didn’t feel like I did at least 200 burpees, so I guess that’s cool!
