QOD- sunglasses. With my pale Irish skin I’m toast without sunscreen!

QOD neither but if I had to pick sunglasses. Forgetting your sunglasses sucks in the moment but forgetting you sunscreen can ruin your whole day.
Rain Shower: 25#db; v-ups and ab mat sit ups. The v-ups got ugly. Finished the 18’s, got 6 in the 20th round of the clean and jerk. Followed up with a 3 mile walk.
QOD: Duh, I work for an optometrist.
Functional fitness day: broke down our fire pit, disassembled swing set our neighbors gave us, 500m carry all parts back to my house, reassemble then power washed.
QOD: sunglasses! Being burned sucks.
