WOD: 13:52 with a 65# BB cut down the snatches to 7 reps and RX for everything else. Went unbroken on the snatches for the first two rounds then broke it to 4&3 for the rest. Went unbroken for the planks.

14:20 for 6 rounds. I felt bad that Joel was a whole round behind me so I did an extra round so he wasn’t working out alone. :D.
Followed that up with the tabata. Felt good. I started with 12 squats, then 15, 16, and 18. I’ve never done that many squats in 20 seconds!!
