Taboo: did it as a partner wod with Hiren. No idea on rounds, worked for 20 mins! 2-4 cleans @ 55#, 4-8 v-ups, 8-10 cal row.
TABOO: With friends tonight. So fun… but I was so sore. I did the 7 Wonders on Wed., and after Tuesday, I am SORE. Had to do KBS instead of abs, so I rowed 8 cal, 4KB with 35# and 2 Cleans with 85#….. finished 14 full rounds and 6 cals
