Did the Cardio/Core class… Seinfeld stays…
DONE DID IT!! HAPPY FRIDAY!!!
Active recovery day, did the Core & Cardio Class. Truth be told, I didn’t want to do 150 burpees, so of course there were burpees at the noon class.
QOTD – Has to be The Office. So many memes and memorable lines that we all use today.
You can NEVER escape burpees. NOR SHOULD YOU! They’re THE BEST!!!!!!
Acadia w/20# vest- 26:00. One pace today, slow, but kept moving the whole time.
QOD: Tough decision btwn Seinfeld & Friends but Seinfeld stays.

Lunges unbroken. Kept a steady pace on burpees and actually did hop down/hop up on all 150.
QOD: I haven’t seen Office (I know, I know) or Parks & Rec. Tough between Seinfeld and Simpsons…watched both growing up. Going to have to go with Simpsons stays.
Oh and forgot strength before Acadia.

Skipped today’s WOD and did the HIIT & Sculpt class on replay. Was hoping to avoid burpees but that didn’t happen. That was a sweaty workout.

You cannot avoid burpees!!! They will always find you! And they will ALWAYS get you FIT AF!!!

Took my first live Zoom class, mobility at 4pm with Eddie. That was much needed. No way I could do anymore burpees this week!

17:38 w/ vest. Steady on lunges, jumped back/stepped up for all burpees. I couldn’t get the weight vest off fast enough at end.
As a product of the 90s I have to go with Seinfeld. Plus without Seinfeld there would be no Curb.
Great choice for pacing!! I dig on a step up burpee, ALL DAY.
21:50ish? Mods: first round burpees, second and third up/downs. My body is too fluffy for 150 burpees.
QOD: Well, considering Friends the only one I’ve seen in it’s entirety… I haven’t seen Parcs and req and only a few episodes of the others

QOD: Parks and Rec is hands down my fav- Casey if you’re getting into it I would say stick through season 1, it really hits it’s stride the seasons after! But Leslie Knope is my hero
Also I’d get rid of Friends… does nothing for me
^^^agreed. After 1st season it gets so much better. Molly and I had a debate between Tom and Andy the other day. I’m a big fan of Andy, Molly is team Tom
