WOD Guidance:
Today we’ve got another mixed modal aerobic workout. Some rowing and rope climbs will be just redundant enough to slow things down, and that’s okay! We should row at a pace that allows us to feel like we can get right back onto the rope, and rope climb at a pace that will allow us to get right back to a pace on the rower. This one should feel nice and steady.
