Uptown: 16+34 (cal row, BB snatch at 35#, pushups rx/knees). That got spicy in the last 5!
Qod: are we talking all the same of more of a a la carte variety? I feel like this is a boring answer but 3-5?

Got up to 18-9 rounds in total
22.5lb for dumbbell snatch
Pushups on knees
QOD: usually around 3, probably 6 if the tacos weren’t accompanied with anything else
Uptown: round of 18 + 15 (row, 20# db, knee pushups)
Strength: 5×5 front squat @ 85#
QOD: maybe 6 but it would hurt
Uptown – Finished the round of 16 + 18 cal bike and 10 push ups. 50# DB.
Snatches before WOD:
5 sets x 3 power snatches – 125#
QOD – 4 tacos.
I meant finished the round of 16 + 18 cal bike + 18 snatches + 10 push ups
Uptown – 20 + 5 cal on bike, 35# db
QOTD – 3 is the right amount, but I’ve been known to eat 5 in a sitting.

Trail building day for me. My back is lit!!! Didn’t know building dirt berms for the mountain bike track would be so hard.
Uptown: We had a few peeps today, including Julia Seymour, first day back to CrossFit after a 3 or 4 year hiatus! I let her use the rower, so I did singles for cal row. 2=20, 4=40, 6=60, etc. Made it to the round of 20/20/20 with a 25#db. Did the push-ups on the tire. Between last Friday’s push-ups, the burpees and the rowing this week, my shoulders are SWOLE. So fun. I actually enjoyed this grind tonight. Much needed after a week of craziness.
QOD: My eyes are always bigger than my stomach. I’ll say 3, but then realistically, it’s one. #fail
