A heavy hitting workout from CrossFit.com – this one will get leggy. Choose a relatively heavy load for your front squat that will allow you to go through a relatively uncomfortable unbroken set. The box jump overs should be quick and sharp, and then crush the rower once you get there. Plenty of rest between rounds, so get after it!
