WOD Guidance:
Today we have a fun twist on a Hero workout called Clovis. We’re going to go for rounds of a moderate distance run and some burpee pull ups. The run should be at a quick but sustainable pace, and the burpee pull ups should be nice and smooth. Once you get to the 5th round, go for broke and push the pace on the run and burpee pull up to finish strong.
