QOD: social media is keeping me connected to folks, esp these days, so I’d give up tv/movies.

Finished round 5 and my back was not happy for some reason. Took just over 10 min to complete 5 rounds: 200m run, 15 thrusters with empty 45# barbell, 20-30s wall sit.

I had good intentions of doing today’s WOD but finished with a long row instead. My legs were smoked after the 500.

Thanks Greg. I found video really helpful. I did a practice run to make sure it was working and when I played it back noticed my recovery wasn’t great. Felt like the fix helped me a bit. I gave myself a little breathing room the first 250 staying under 1:25. I fell off a bit the last 100 or so. Definitely don’t go out too hard!
Now on to the 100 cals…

This was a tough one to get moving today and I was completely exhausted from work. Glad I got it in today.
WOD: 25:14 w/20# DB at the 9am class
Tabata after the class
26:20 w/ 35# DB for thrusters.
200m run -part was uphill on my driveway which made it spicy!
QOD: def social media. As much as I love using it…I use it mainly for recipes, food, tattoos (lol) and health/wellness. But there is still so much brainwashing and negativity on it.
Holy grind, 22:40, in the 🔥 🌞 @1530. 35# DB, and consistent :30 wall sit. Thought the run would be the rest, but the sun took that away, ended up being the wall sit.
QOTD – Easy, give up social media.
Did some strength work after, 4×15 strict press, and 4×15 curls with barbell.
25:28 with 20#db and rowing.

WOD: 19:00 – apparently not a 200m run!!! 20#db thrusters; 30sec wallsit. Today was a good day just to get it done.
QOD: easy – social media
32:22 with 95# barbell. Came out hot and underestimated humidity. Did 8/7 for thrusters until last 2 rounds and did 15 unbroken.
