WOD Guidance:
Getting after some solid cardio on this wonderful Friday – featuring a reverse ladder of double unders and running! A total of 300 double unders and 3000m of running makes for a challenging workout, so keep your running paces appropriate for your distance per round. The jump rope should be relatively “simple” compared to the run, so choose an option that will allow for consistent sets.
