WOD Guidance:
A power clean adventure for today – a little lift first and sprint after to close out the week. For the heavy power clean, focus on a solid landing position – quarter squat + elbows up. For the workout, we’re looking for fast and furious here. Calories should be done in 2-3 minutes on either end and power cleans should be at a loading that allows for 1-3 sets. Push the pace and have fun with this one!
