WOD Guidance:
Another two for one special – this time featuring some snatches! Some heavy sets of 3 to kick things off and then an AMRAP with some higher reps. Calories should be at a solid pace, small sets on the power snatch to work your way through 30 reps, and then a BMU option that will allow for 3-5 sets will allow you to chip your way through. For this one, we’re aiming for a round and then back on the rower as our goal, so push the pace but manage your grip as you move through the snatches.
