WOD Guidance:
Today we’ve got the first Open workout of the year! We’ve got a repeat to kick off the season from the 2014 season – and this one is a doozy! Some higher skilled movements and moderate load barbell in a fun chipper style workout. Strategy here should be to push the row a bit and then smart sets on the toes to bar. Wall balls can be in big sets if you’re a good wall baller but if they aren’t your favorite, short and small sets will be the way. For the barbell, shrot sets or even singles will be a great way to go, and then once at the rings, give it what you’ve got to finish strong!
