WOD Guidance
Hold on for big sets on the dumbbell up ladder.
Steady on the Burpee Box Jumps- modify to take no longer than 1:15 on your first set.

Modifications-
Option A:
DB Snatch – Modify Loading, Reps (5/10/20/30/40)
Burpee Box Jump Over – Modify Reps if Needed
 
Option B:
DB Snatch – Modify Loading, Reps (5/10/15/20/25), and/or Range of Motion (Hang)
Burpee Box Jump Over – Modify Reps, Range of Motion (Up Down), and/or Remove Box Jump
